How can I get started on my bathroom/kitchen renovation project?The first step in getting started on your bathroom and/or kitchen renovation is to get in touch with our team and schedule a free, no-obligation consultation. Our dedicated project manager will then assess the room you want to renovate by taking measurements and a detailed report of how you envision your new space, key features, appliances, your budget and so on. We then work on getting a quote out to you within 5 working days, where you will be able to liaise with your project manager regarding any changes, if necessary, and move on to accepting the quote and contract.

Are your team fully qualified?Absolutely. Our team of tradespeople collectively hold over 100 years of experience in the trades industry, with our most experienced tradesman boasting over 30 years experience, and our newest team member holding 3 years trades experience. Our full, in-house team means we also have our own registered builder, plumber and electrician. Your renovation couldn't be in better hands.

Do I need a consent for my bathroom and/or kitchen renovation?We will be able to advise you during your consultation on whether your renovation project will require a consent or not. Sometimes a bathroom or kitchen renovation will not require one, other times, it will. But this will be made clear by your project manager when discussing your ideas and how you envision your new space. All renovation projects in Christchurch must comply with the Building Code; your project manager will advise you on how to compliantly redesign your new bathroom or kitchen.

Can I live in my home during the renovation?We have, more often than not, renovated homes with the homeowners still living there. This much easier if, for example, you have two bathrooms but are currently only having one renovated. Or if you live close by to family, or have a friendly neighbour that won't mind sharing amenities with you. A kitchen may be a bit more difficult to accommodate this, but again, not impossible. We can set up a makeshift kitchen for you to use whilst we get your dream kitchen underway. Sometimes, homeowners want to be without the dust and noise and choose to stay away until their renovation is completed. We will always try and accommodate your preference where possible.

Our Process.
Site Visit • Design Consultation
Once you have booked your consultation, our project manager will meet you on site to go through your thought and ideas around your renovations. Using their experience and expertise, they will be able to work out the best design for your space, taste and budget and advice you on how we can help bring your ideas to life.
Project Quoted • Changes Made
We get started on your quote and aim to have this sent you within 5 working days. Once you have had a thorough look over and are happy with the proposed design, fixtures and fittings, you can sign, accept and return the quote for us to move onto the next stage. Any changes you would like to make can be made here by liaising with your project manager before accepting your quote.
Quote Acceptance • Renovation Begins
Once your quote has been accepted and a project start date has been established, our team get started on your project. Everything is managed in-house resulting in a smooth, efficient and reliable renovation. Your project manager will stay in contact throughout your renovation to keep you informed of progress made and any variations that may arise .
Finishing Touches • Project Finalised
Our team install the final finishing touches to your renovation. Once complete, your project manager will walk you through your new space, ensuring you are happy with the end result. We will walk you through how best to care for any quality materials you have had installed and how to increase the longevity of your renovation.
Handover • Aftercare
We leave you and your new home to become better acquainted. Our after care service means that we stay in the background, ensuring you are completely satisfied with your renovation.
